Spectacular views of the Swan River made mornings on the balcony a joy. Spacious kitchenette had all the essentials. The indoor pool offered a perfect escape from the heat. the toilet in my apartment ran incessantly, causing sleepless nights. The furniture was not accurately depicted in the photos, creating a sense of disappointment. Limited charging options in the bedrooms also made our stay less comfortable. Despite these issues, the staff were always friendly when approached.

The indoor pool was great.
Unfortunately, my experience at Pier 21 Riverside Apartment Hotel was marred by various inconveniences. The toilet in our apartment was running incessantly upon arrival, which kept us up throughout the night. Further, the furniture depicted in the online photos did not match what was provided in the apartment, leaving us feeling misled. There were also very limited charging options for our devices, with no bedside tables or lamps in the second bedroom, making it difficult for my family to be comfortable during our stay.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed sunset cocktails on the balcony while soaking in the stunning scenery of the river. The indoor heated swimming pool was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Couples seeking a windows-on-the-water stay
The place was perfect for our little escape. The views over the water were just fine and relaxing, we spent hours on the balcony sipping drinks and enjoying the sunset. Plus, the apartment was super clean. It felt like home. We didn’t have that chemical smell you get sometimes from cleaners.
Wasn't exactly cheap,, but you get what you pay for, kind of.

Fun stay with great amenities!
Had a nice little getaway here. The staff were super friendly, and we had a blast playing tennis on the court. The indoor pool was just the right temp! Breakfast was solid, especially the pancakes. Only bummer was the bathroom fan. that thing was loud. a solid choice for family fun.
